Buvlor inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PlayEye game site located at playeye.io (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, how cookies and advertising work on the Site, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

PlayEye is designed as a privacy-respecting, login-free game site. We do not require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or account credentials, because no registration is required to use the Site.

We may collect or receive the following non-personal information:

• Usage data: Pages visited, games viewed or played, time spent on pages, clicks, and navigation paths — collected in aggregate, anonymized form.
• Device & browser information: Browser type and version, operating system, device type (mobile/desktop), screen resolution, and general geographic region (country-level, derived from IP address).
• IP address: Used for analytics, security, fraud prevention, and — where advertising is enabled — to help advertising partners serve and measure ads.
• Cookies and local storage: Small files stored on your device to remember preferences (such as visited games and game progress), enable analytics, and support advertising. See Sections 4 and 5 for details.

3. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Site analytics: Understanding which games are most popular, how users navigate the Site, and where technical issues occur, so we can improve the experience.
• Performance monitoring: Detecting errors, latency issues, and device compatibility problems to maintain a fast and stable platform.
• Advertising: Displaying advertisements that help keep the Site free to use. Where ads are served, aggregated and cookie-based data may be used by advertising partners to show relevant ads and measure their performance, as described in Section 5.

6. Other Third-Party Services

Where a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool is used, it does not collect personal data; where a cookie-based tool such as Google Analytics is used, you may opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Game hosting: Individual games linked from PlayEye may be served from our own infrastructure or partner servers, which may collect their own usage data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
• Google Fonts: We load fonts from the Google Fonts CDN, which may log your IP address per Google's privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Site.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding information that we, or our partners, hold:

• EU/EEA & UK (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability. Right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, including consent for personalized advertising.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used. Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
• Japan (APPI): Right to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information held by us, to the extent applicable.
• All users: Right to opt out of personalized advertising and analytics tracking using browser settings, a privacy-focused browser, or the opt-out tools listed in Sections 5 and 6.

8. Children's Privacy

PlayEye is intended for general audiences. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

Because we do not directly collect personally identifiable information from any user, regardless of age, there is no mechanism by which a child could submit personal data to us through normal use of the Site. Where advertising is shown, we direct our advertising partners to treat the Site as general-audience, non-personalized inventory where required for users who may be minors.

9. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis and site improvement purposes. Information processed by advertising partners is retained in accordance with those partners' own retention policies.

Cookies set by the Site expire based on their type: session cookies expire when you close your browser; preference cookies persist for up to 12 months; advertising cookies set by third parties expire according to those parties' policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users by updating the Site prominently.
