1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayEye website located at playeye.io and all associated games and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Buvlor inc.

By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").

2. Description of Service

PlayEye is a free, browser-based H5 game portal that provides access to a curated collection of casual games playable directly in your web browser.

• No account registration or login is required to access the games.
• All games are provided free of charge in their base form.
• The Service is designed for mobile browsers and is also accessible on desktop.
• Game content, availability, and features may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
• The Service is supported in part by advertising. Ads served by third-party vendors (including Google) may appear on the Site; your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how advertising and cookies work.
• Future additions to the Service may include optional ticketing systems, leaderboards, or reward programs, which will be subject to additional terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use any automated means, bots, scrapers, or data mining tools to access, collect, or extract data from the Service without prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, including servers, databases, or network infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any game or component of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these conduct requirements, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the site design, graphics, game code, typography, layout, and "look and feel" — are owned by Buvlor inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• The "PlayEye" and "Buvlor" names, logos, and associated brand elements are proprietary to Buvlor inc. You may not use these without prior written consent.
• Game content created by third-party developers and made available through the Service remains the intellectual property of the respective developer, subject to any applicable license agreements.
• Third-party assets (including open-source or Creative Commons-licensed game art and audio) are subject to the terms of their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Buvlor inc. does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times;
• Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected;
• The Service or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components;
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUVLOR INC., ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or transmissions.

In no event shall Buvlor inc.'s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero) or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content, including game content delivered via embedded iframes or external links from partner domains. These third-party resources are not under the control of Buvlor inc.

Buvlor inc. is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy of any third-party websites or services. The inclusion of any third-party link or embed does not imply endorsement by Buvlor inc.

When you interact with third-party services embedded in or linked from the Site, you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

8. Changes to the Service

Buvlor inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to:

• Add, modify, or remove games from the portal;
• Change the site's design, layout, or features;
• Introduce or remove pricing for any portion of the Service;
• Terminate the Service entirely.

Buvlor inc. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. For users located in other jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buvlor inc. regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the Service.
